Art on the Corner (AOTC) is a unique yearlong outdoor sculpture exhibit displayed in Downtown Grand Junction. This exhibit is free to the public and includes more than 100 sculptures in a variety of media and styles. This Mother's Day Weekend, Main Street is alive with art and jazz! Explore jazz performed by local and national musicians, enjoy artist demonstrations in a variety of media, socialize with friends and neighbors, and browse high-quality artwork. A celebration of art and music, this outdoor event features high quality street vendors, live music, extended shopping hours and other fun activities. In the interest of safety and because of the success of the Festival and the expansion of its beer and wine garden, 5th Street will be closed to vehicle traffic between Rood and Colorado for the duration of the Art & Jazz Festival. Summertime's signature event in Grand Junction... The Downtown Farmers' Market is a 15-week community event series drawing an estimated 5,000 visitors per week. Comprised of fresh, local produce, Downtown merchants and restaurants, artisans, vendors, and musicians, the festival atmosphere attracts local and regional visitors. Entertainment is sponsored by Atlasta Solar Center, and weekly event highlights are available in the Wednesday edition of The Daily Sentinel. The Grand Old Flag flies high every 4th of July as this annual patriotic parade makes its way down Main Street. Community organizations join together in celebrating our country's independence with colorful floats and costumes of red, white and blue. Spooktacular

Spooktacular is a family-friendly event for kids 12 and under with activities taking place at 6th and Main. All kids should come in costume for fun which begins at 3:30. The kids can enjoy cookie decorating and pumpkin decorating as well as entertainment and special "spooky" music. It all wraps up at 5pm with a costume parade up and down Main Street led by a witch!
